AHD PRODUCT LINE AT ISC WEST 2008
SAN DIEGO, CA, March 31, 2008 - American Technology Corporation (ATC) (NASDAQ: ATCO), the company that created the acoustic hailing and warning device (AHD) market with directed sound products and technologies for commercial and military security, announced today that the new generation of its proprietary LRAD® product line, LRAD-X®, will be on display at ISC West, April 2 - 4, 2008 in Las Vegas. Rated by industry professionals as the best security event in the nation, more than 26,000 security professionals from around the world are expected to attend ISC West 2008. ISC West features the latest security products, services, and cutting-edge technologies from over 1,000 exhibiting companies. Selected LRAD and LRAD-X products will be featured in ATC's Booth #38008.
The new LRAD-X products use directionality and focused acoustic output to clearly transmit critical information, instructions and warnings well beyond 500 meters. The LRAD-X product line can be manually operated or integrated into a remotely controlled security network's command and control center.
